Rali Tiu joined the Lafayette office of Sullivan Stolier Schulze in 2023 to work in the many different healthcare practice areas at the firm.
Before joining Sullivan Stolier Schulze, Rali was an Associate in the Private Equity Group at a large international law firm where she represented clients in private equity transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and fund formation matters. Prior to her law firm experience, Rali was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Kurt. D. Engelhardt at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. During her time at the Fifth Circuit, Rali worked with Judge Engelhardt on Texas v. United States – a case challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate.
Rali received her Juris Doctor and LL.M. from Tulane University Law School in 2021. She graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. While at Tulane, Rali served as a Managing Editor for Volume 43 of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.
Originally from Europe, Rali attended Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” School of Law in Sofia, Bulgaria and City, University of London, The City Law School in the UK. While at The City Law School, Rali was a Student Advisor to start-up companies at the school’s pro bono clinic and a professional mentor to children from low-income families.
