Established in 1994, the Health Law Center serves the legal and management advisory needs of health providers and healthcare companies nationally.  We limit our practice to legal advice and services for the health care industry.

We provide counsel and hands-on assistance nationally for medical groups and physicians, medical equipment suppliers, hospitals, home health agencies, laboratories, pharmacies, billing companies, and a variety of health care companies.  We strive to maintain broad experience and significant expertise in all of the issues confronting our clients.

We are actively involved in the development of reimbursement and regulatory compliance issues, including HIPAA and fraud and abuse and privacy issues; physician ownership, governance, and financial structure issues; home care and home medical equipment legal issues; health care alliances and integrated delivery systems (networks, physician-hospital organizations, management services organization, group practices without walls, etc.); mergers and acquisitions; managed care and direct contracting issues; corporate matters; certificate of need; and employment and general legal representation.

The Health Law Center has received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest award granted by that peer review organization.  The Health Law Center is on the "preferred consultant" roster for numerous healthcare associations and trade organizations, and is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
